"Winkaro247", "we", "us", "our" refers to the Winkaro247 service operating at winkaro247.com.
"You", "player", "user" refers to any person who uses or accesses the Winkaro247 service.
"Betting ID" refers to the login credentials (username and password) for a betting exchange or sportsbook account that Winkaro247 creates and manages on your behalf.
"Platform" refers to the third-party international betting exchange or sportsbook on which your Betting ID is hosted.
"Service" refers to the complete Winkaro247 offering including ID creation, deposit processing, withdrawal handling, and customer support.
2. Eligibility and Account Opening
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Winkaro247 service. By opening an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any point and to immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.
Legal Jurisdiction
Online betting laws vary significantly across Indian states and territories. You are solely and entirely responsible for understanding whether online betting is legal in your state or jurisdiction before using our service. Winkaro247 does not provide legal advice. We do not operate in states where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold one primary Winkaro247 account. Operating multiple accounts, or operating an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information when opening and operating your account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3. What Our Service Includes
Winkaro247 acts as an authorised intermediary between Indian players and international betting platforms. Our service includes:
Creating a verified account on your chosen betting platform
Delivering your login credentials (username and password) via WhatsApp
Processing deposits from your Indian bank or UPI account to the platform
Processing withdrawals from the platform back to your Indian bank account or UPI
Providing 24×7 human customer support via WhatsApp
Winkaro247 is not a betting platform itself. The actual odds, markets, and betting outcomes are determined by the underlying international platform. Winkaro247 is not responsible for platform downtime, odds changes, or betting outcomes.
4. Deposits
Minimum deposit: ₹100.
Maximum deposit: No upper limit for verified accounts.
Accepted methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Net Banking, and USDT cryptocurrency (premium accounts only).
Processing time: UPI deposits are credited within 30 seconds on average. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
Deposit fees: Zero. We charge no fee for deposits.
If a deposit fails to reflect within 60 minutes, contact our support team on WhatsApp immediately with your payment screenshot and transaction reference number.
Winkaro247 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or UPI provider.
5. Withdrawals
Processing time: 5 to 30 minutes for 78% of withdrawals. Maximum 4 hours in exceptional circumstances.
Accepted methods: UPI and Indian bank transfers only. Withdrawals are made to the same bank account or UPI ID used for deposits (for security).
Withdrawal fees: Zero. We charge no fee for withdrawals.
Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.
Maximum withdrawal: No upper limit for verified accounts.
Winkaro247 guarantees that every rupee owed to a player will be paid in full. We have a zero unpaid withdrawal record since 2019.
Very large withdrawals (above ₹10 lakh) may require basic KYC verification (PAN or Aadhaar copy) before processing.
6. Account Rules and Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
Using the service if you are under 18 years of age
Using the service in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited
Providing false identity or payment information
Operating multiple accounts
Using the service to launder money or for any fraudulent purpose
Attempting to manipulate markets or use automated betting systems in violation of platform rules
Sharing your account credentials with any third party
Harassing, threatening, or abusing our support agents
Attempting to access the accounts of other players
Placing bets on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent
7. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus offers are communicated to players via WhatsApp at the time of ID creation or by our support team.
All bonus terms, including any wagering requirements, will be explained clearly at the time the bonus is offered. We do not bury terms in fine print.
Winkaro247 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements are met.
Abuse of bonus offers (multi-accounting, bonus farming) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Winkaro247 provides an intermediary service and is not a licensed betting operator. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
We are not liable for any loss arising from your betting decisions or outcomes on the underlying platform.
We are not liable for platform downtime, technical failures of the underlying betting exchange, or changes to odds or markets.
We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with local laws regarding online betting.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the balance held in your Winkaro247 account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Responsible Gambling
Winkaro247 is committed to responsible gambling. We strongly encourage all players to:
Set and stick to a personal budget — never bet more than you can afford to lose
Take regular breaks from betting
Never chase losses
Never bet under the influence of alcohol or substances
Never borrow money to fund betting activity

You may close your account at any time by sending a closure request via WhatsApp. We will process your remaining balance withdrawal and deactivate your ID within 24 hours. There are no closure fees.
Termination by Winkaro247
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if:
We reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
We detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats
You are abusive or threatening to our support team
In the event of termination for cause, any balance in your account may be subject to investigation before release. If no wrongdoing is found, your balance will be paid in full.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Winkaro247 service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through our WhatsApp support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes to These Terms
Winkaro247 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via WhatsApp and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
